At Roatan Adventure Trips, we understand that plans can change and we are committed to offering you flexibility in managing your reservations. Below, we detail our cancellation policy to ensure that your experience with us is as satisfactory as possible:
General Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations More Than 30 Days in Advance:
* Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of 5% of the total reservation.
2. Cancellations Between 10 and 30 Days Before the Tour:
* Cancellations made between 10 and 30 days before the tour date will receive a 70% refund of the total reservation.
3. Cancellations with Less than 10 Days in Advance:
* Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance will not be refunded. However, we may offer you the option to reschedule the tour for a future date, subject to availability.
4. No Show:
* In case of no-show without prior notice, no refund will be given and it will not be possible to reschedule the tour.
Additional Conditions:
1. Reserve Changes:
* Changes to the tour date must be made at least 7 days before the original tour date.
2. Cancellation due to Weather Conditions or Force Majeure:
* In the event of tour cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure events, the option of a full refund or rescheduling for a future date will be offered.
3. Refunds:
* Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days of receipt of the cancellation request.

Yes, we offer transportation from the airport and ports of Roatan. All our tours include transportation.
Our tour guides speak English and Spanish.
For reasons of safety and comfort for all participants, pets are not allowed on our tours. Please arrange care for your pet before travel.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. We also offer cash and Paypal payment options. Check available options at the time of booking.
Tips for guides are welcomed and appreciated. You can tip the guide directly at the end of the tour if you wish.
Wi-Fi availability may vary by tour and location. Please ask us about internet connectivity before your tour if it is an important need for you.
If you arrive late to the meeting point, we recommend that you call us or write to us on WhatsApp (+504 9416-6335) immediately to inform us. We will do our best to relocate, but punctuality is crucial for tour scheduling.
